Necessity of Conservator
- The incapacitated individual is unable to manage property and business affairs
- The incapacitated individual's property will be wasted or dissipated unless proper management is provided
- Money is needed for the incapacitated individual's support, care, and welfare or those entitled to the incapacitated individual's support, and that protection is necessary to obtain or provide money
- Upon the request of the individual who is mentally competent, but due to age or infirmity cannot effectively manage their property or finances
